Brandmaxxing respects your privacy. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it and how we look after it, in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us, for example when you send an enquiry or request a consultation. This may include your name, business name, email address, phone number and details about your business and marketing goals.

How we use it

We use your information to:

• reply to your enquiry or consultation request;
• prepare for and hold a consultation with you;
• provide services if you become a client.

We don’t sell your information, and we don’t add you to marketing lists without your permission.

Third-party services

This website is hosted on GitHub Pages. Enquiries and bookings may be handled through email and Google services (such as Google Forms and Google Calendar), which store information on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that we delete it securely.

Your rights

You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
